"Our foremen can quickly log issues and updates, which keeps everyone informed and responsive," Mark L. notes. The centralized collection of photos and notes within the system also reduces the risk of non-compliance and saves time by eliminating the need to chase individuals for information. This also introduces the potential for scoring contractors based on their performance meeting policies.

"Our team on-site can now use their mobile devices instead of lugging around laptops," Paul explains.
